These terms apply to all services provided by Hair by Sham, a sole trader based in Leicester, UK. By booking an appointment or using this website, you agree to these terms.
All bookings are made through WhatsApp. A booking is confirmed only when we have explicitly agreed on a date, time, and service via message.
We reserve the right to decline a booking at our discretion.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know as soon as possible via WhatsApp. We ask for at least 24 hours notice where possible.
Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in future bookings being declined.
Prices are discussed and agreed before the appointment starts. The final price may vary from an initial estimate depending on hair length, thickness, and the time required.
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in advance.
We reserve the right to decline or adjust services based on the condition of your hair. We will always discuss this with you before making any changes.
It is your responsibility to arrive with hair that is clean, detangled, and ready for the agreed style. Additional charges may apply if preparation work is needed.
Home visits are available across Leicester and surrounding areas. A travel fee may apply depending on your location. This will be confirmed before the appointment.
You are responsible for providing a suitable space with adequate lighting and seating.
We will provide aftercare guidance at the end of your appointment. The longevity and condition of your style depends on how it is maintained. We are not responsible for issues that arise from failure to follow aftercare advice.
If you are not happy with your service, please contact us via WhatsApp within 48 hours of your appointment. We will do our best to resolve any issues fairly.
